Council approval for Construction Sites

Advertisements on construction sites must have the Councils consideration for the following:

• The area of control as set out in By-law applicable to the property concerned and its surroundings;
• The overall height of the advertisement to be displayed on the boundary or fence or scaffolding on a construction site to be a certain height, which may be increased on good cause shown and the size of the advertisement shall be at the discretion of the Council.
